| Description: | The Youth Director serves as the shepherd of a small but growing and important flock of youth (grades 9-12) within the church. The Youth Director is the staff person principally responsible for ministering to (currently) ten individuals through fellowship, education, worship, and service together. The Youth Director will report to the Pastor and the Personnel Committee, and will collaborate with the Director of Children’s Ministry. This position is for ten hours per week.
