| Description: | Rockville Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) of Rockville, Maryland, is a progressive missional community of about 100 active worshipers with a growing ministry to families with children and youth. We are seeking someone to oversee the development and implementation of strategies that engage children and youth in dynamic spiritual experiences and transformational relationships and to develop a leadership and training model to empower volunteer leaders in a sustainable way.Qualities and Qualifications Needed For This Position:• Energetic • Team builder and team player • Creative, out of the box thinker • Organized with an ability to lead • Missional in outlook • Relational • Forward Thinker/visionary • Excellent administrative and strategic planning skills • Spiritually mature • Technologically savvy • Experience working with children and/or youth in a church setting preferred • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Salary and Benefits
