| Description: | Providence Presbyterian Church is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Director of Children’s Ministry. This person will join a team of staff members and work with a vibrant Children’s Ministry Committee. The Director of Children’s Ministry Provides leadership and direction to Children’s Committee and in coordination with committee, designs and implements a vibrant Children’s Ministry program including programming like field events, mission events, and intergenerational activities. This person will oversee and coordinate the Children’s Sunday school program during the Sunday school hour for three year olds though 6th grade and the Worship Kidstyle program during Sunday morning services.
Providence Presbyterian Church is a vibrant church with many new young families and children. We have two traditional services and one contemporary service and are very involved in mission. The candidate will have a strong faith in Jesus Christ, a love for Christ’s church and skill and experience in working with children and families. We are seeking an organized team player who will support, resource and encourage volunteers.
