ichard McFail, Stated Clerk & Treasurer I am the Stated Clerk of presbytery, coming here from Buffalo, NY, where I was a small church pastor for just under 20 years, was a tentmaker while enjoying a career in non-profit administration, and was Stated Clerk of Western New York Presbytery from 1983-1999. I am a husband, father, and grandfather; my passionate interests are in contemporary spirituality; the existence of the church in postmodern American society, and advocacy for the world’s children. My wife, Nancy, and I live in Silver Spring.
