Jeannie Spargur, Executive Administrator to the General Presbyter and the Committee on Ministry

I work with and learn from the six teams of the Committee on Ministry.  The largest percentage of my work is probably with the Transitions and Clearance teams supporting congregations as they search for new pastors.  Keeping up with our energetic General Presbyter would be impossible but I do provide support for him and the committees he staffs.  I am in the office Monday through Thursday.

My husband and I are elders at Saint Mark.  When I’m not in the office I enjoy jumping on the Red Line and heading into the District for a museum exhibit, a happening on the Mall or a Nationals game, traveling to Atlanta and North Carolina to visit my children or to far-flung places and volunteering at Strathmore Music Center.
