Presbytery Meeting

Prior to each presbytery meeting, the Stated Clerk, Dick McFail, publishes the call for the meeting, the proposed docket, and the action items to be addressed. Resident Clergy who are unable to attend should contact Janet Biermann at 240.482.1564.

Presbytery Meeting Guidelines

PLEASE PRINT WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE MEETING. Paper copies of the materials will not be available at registration. Each congregation receives one copy of the packet via snail mail. Filling out your registration form prior to coming to the meeting will help alleviate long lines at the registration table.
